Rules

The Pinnacle Bank Arena has certain rules which must be followed by every visitor to their venue. These rules are in place to ensure the enjoyment of every visitor, and to make sure that all visitors are in a safe and friendly environment. Items allowed

The Pinnacle Bank Arena is a CLEAR BAG POLICY venue, meaning that CLEAR BAGS and small clutch-sized purses are only allowed upon entry.

Cameras with professional or detachable lenses are not allowed into the venue, as well as audio and video recording which is also not allowed. Camera policies are subject to change and can vary by event. Please check with each event for specific camera policies.

Outside food and drink are not to be brought into the venue.

Alcohol

Throughout the venue you will be able to find fully-stocked bars where you can get any choice of either alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages. If you are looking to purchase an alcoholic beverage, please ensure that you have a valid ID to show upon request.

Smoking

Smoking, including the usage of e-cigarettes/vaping is strictly not permitted in all public areas at the Pinnacle Bank Arena. There is a designated outdoor smoking area on the Capital Terrace and Stadium Terrace which can be found on the main concourse.

Weapons

The Pinnacle Bank Arena has a strict no weapons policy, so any weapon of any type is strictly forbidden inside the venue.
